Shopping at Brazen

1. How can I reach Customer Services?

Our customer service team will happily deal with any enquiry you have either by phone or by email. Customer Services is available Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm. 2. How can I be sure I'll be happy with my purchase?

We do our best to represent our jewellery as accurately as possible with our photography, product descriptions and measurements. Our customers expectations are usually exceeded as in many cases the photography does not always show just how beautiful our jewellery actually is. In the event however that you wish to return the item, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily exchange the item. 3. I saw a piece of jewellery a while ago on the Brazen website and now I cannot find it, what should I do?

Please call our customer service team on 0141 552 4551 (UK) or +44 (0) 141 552 4551 (Overseas) and we will do our very best to supply you with the item which caught your eye.

4. How long do I have to wait for a special order product? How do I pay for it?

For items that are made to order we will guarantee that these will be completed and posted within 4 - 6 weeks. Should the item require a special stone or other service such as engraving our customer service team will contact you to inform you of the proposed delivery date. All special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Full Payment will be taken through our secure shopping cart.

5. Are chains included?

Yes with all items that feature a chain it will be included in the price. In certain cases there may be different lengths of chain available and you may select your preferred length at the point of purchase.

6. How do I work out my ring size?

This is easy to do. Take a piece of string or a thin strip of paper and coil it around the base of your finger. Mark the point where it overlaps with a pen. Measure (in millimeters) the length from the starting point of the string/paper to the pen mark. You will now have the circumference measurement of your finger. Divide this number by 3.14 to determine the diameter of the ring you need, then use the ring sizing guide to find your ring size.

If you are buying a ring for someone else you can use the same procedure. Simply take a ring belonging to them and place it on your own finger. Use the string/paper technique to measure the circumference of the finger that their ring fits or the place on your finger that the ring rests. Alternatively, you can take any existing ring to a local jeweller to be measured. 

7. Will my item come in a box?

Yes. All Brazen goods are beautifully boxed and come with a gift bag and ribbon so you don’t have any wrapping to do!

8. Can I send it to the recipient?

Yes. If you would like to send the gift straight to the recipient, just tick 'I would like to provide an alternative delivery address' on Step 2 of the checkout. The invoice will be sent to the billing address.

9. Are the products pictured actual size?

No, but we do endeavour to show you items as accurately as possible. However computer screens do vary and where applicable accurate measurements will be given. If you have any further questions with regard to any item please contact a member of our customer service team and they will be happy to help.

10. Do prices include VAT?

VAT is charged at 17.5% for all EU orders and is included in the retail price. If you are purchasing jewellery from outside the EU the VAT will be removed at checkout. Please email excuseme@brazenstudios.co.uk  if you have any further queries about VAT please call us on +44 (0)141 552 4551.

11. Can I order from overseas?

Yes. Either place your order online or call us on +44 (0) 141 552 4551.  Your price will be shown in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars and this can be changed using the buttons at the top of each page. All payments will be debited form your card in British Pounds. All currency conversions are based on current exchange rates.

12. Are Brazen diamonds all from traceable sources?

Brazen only selects diamonds from traceable sources and where appropriate full certificates will be supplied.

13. I am buying a special gift can you help me?

Yes just  contact customer services on  0141 552 4551 or email us at excuseme@brazenstudios.co.uk and tell us broadly what you are looking for and your price range. One of our customer service team will do their very best to assist you. If for any reason the gift is not appropriate please return the item in the original condition and packaging and we will arrange for an exchange or a credit note. 14. I need to buy an engagement ring, can you help me?

Yes. Just call Brazen and a member of our design team or our customer service team will do their best to help you pick the pefect ring. Brazen also offers a bespoke jewellery service.

15. Do you have a shop where I can actually see the jewellery?

Yes. Brazen has a beautiful boutique based in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City at 58 Albion Street, Glasgow G1 1LH. Please feel free to visit us. Please be aware that many items may be exclusively available online and the bespoke nature of other collections may mean that particular pieces are not available to view. However if you contact customer services in advance we will do our very best to ensure certain items are available for you to see.
