All our courses have been specially adpated to take every individual through the basics of traditional jewellery making. Whether you are a complete beginner or have a little experience of a jewellery workshop, this 5-week taster course is an ideal introduction to a variety of techniques including surface texturing, soldering, metal piercing and jewellery fabrication design. Don't worry if you've never done it before or feel you are a little rusty; our artists-in-residence will take you through each process step-by-step. You will complete a finished piece of jewellery and experience that real sense of achievement that comes with turning a lump of metal into something lovely. |
